Welcome to Sovra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pulsar Labs Limited Liability ("Sovra", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Sovra platform, including our website (sovra.io), mobile applications (SovraWallet), and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- •"Credential" means a verifiable digital credential issued through the Sovra platform, including but not limited to identity documents, certificates, licenses, and attestations.
- •"Public Entity" means a government agency, municipality, or authorized public institution that uses Sovra to issue or verify Credentials.
- •"Administrator" means an authorized representative of a Public Entity or organization with administrative access to the Services.
- •"Citizen" or "End User" means an individual who receives, stores, or presents Credentials using SovraWallet or related Services.
- •"Wallet" means the SovraWallet mobile application used to store and manage Credentials.
- •"Platform" means the Sovra technology infrastructure, including SovraGov, SovraID, SovraWallet, and SovraChain.
3. Description of Services
Sovra provides a digital trust infrastructure that enables the issuance, storage, and verification of verifiable credentials. Our Services include:
SovraGov
A platform for government entities to digitize and streamline citizen services, document issuance, and administrative processes.
SovraID
A self-sovereign identity solution that enables individuals to own and control their digital identity credentials.
SovraWallet
A mobile application for citizens to securely store, manage, and present their verifiable credentials.
SovraChain
A blockchain-based trust layer that provides tamper-proof verification and auditability for credentials.
The availability of specific features may vary based on your jurisdiction, subscription level, and applicable regulations.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- •Maintain and promptly update your account information
- •Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- •Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- •Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. For Wallet users, you are solely responsible for maintaining access to your device and any recovery mechanisms for your credentials.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
- •Use the Services to issue, store, or present fraudulent, forged, or misleading Credentials
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
- •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
- •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services
- •Use the Services to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- •Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Services
- •Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- •Use automated means to access the Services without our express permission
- •Circumvent any security measures or authentication mechanisms
- •Use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activities
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Services, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6. Credential Issuance and Verification
The Sovra platform facilitates the issuance and verification of digital credentials. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree:
For Issuers (Public Entities)
- •You are solely responsible for the accuracy and validity of Credentials you issue
- •You must have proper authority to issue Credentials on behalf of your organization
- •You agree to maintain appropriate records and comply with applicable regulations
- •You will implement appropriate processes to verify identity before issuing Credentials
For Holders (Citizens/End Users)
- •You are responsible for safeguarding your Wallet and Credentials
- •You consent to the selective disclosure of Credential data when presenting them
- •You understand that Credentials reflect information provided by Issuers
- •Lost or compromised Credentials may require re-issuance by the original Issuer
For Verifiers
- •Verification results are provided based on cryptographic validation
- •You are responsible for determining the sufficiency of Credentials for your purposes
- •You agree to handle received Credential data in compliance with privacy laws
7. Data Privacy and Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key privacy principles of our platform:
- •Self-Sovereign Identity: Citizens control their own Credentials and choose what to share
- •Selective Disclosure: Share only the minimum data necessary for each verification
- •Data Minimization: We do not store Credential contents; they remain in your Wallet
- •Privacy by Design: Our architecture is built to protect user privacy
- •Compliance: We adhere to applicable data protection regulations

8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by Sovra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
Our Intellectual Property
- •The Sovra name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks
- •Our software, APIs, documentation, and technology are proprietary
- •You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission
Your Content
- •You retain ownership of data and content you submit to the Services
- •You grant us a license to use your content as necessary to provide the Services
- •You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide
Feedback
- •Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation
- •We are not required to compensate you for feedback incorporated into our Services
9. Fees and Payment
Certain Services may require payment of fees. If you use paid Services:
- •You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
- •Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in a specific agreement
- •We may change our fees upon reasonable notice
- •Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services
- •You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Services
For enterprise agreements and Public Entity partnerships, specific payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
10. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, applications, or websites. You acknowledge that:
- •Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies
- •We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services
- •Your use of third-party services is at your own risk
- •We do not endorse any third-party services unless explicitly stated
- •Integration availability may change without notice
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that:
- •The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- •Results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable
- •The Services will meet your specific requirements
- •Any errors in the Services will be corrected
Sovra does not guarantee the acceptance of Credentials by any third party. The decision to accept or rely on a Credential is solely at the discretion of the verifying party.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOVRA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- •Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- •Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- •Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our Services
- •Damages resulting from any third-party conduct or content
- •Damages resulting from any Credential being rejected, revoked, or deemed invalid
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sovra and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- •Your use of the Services
- •Your violation of these Terms
- •Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
- •Any Credentials you issue, if you are an Issuer
- •Any content or data you submit to the Services
14. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- •Your right to use the Services will immediately cease
- •You must cease all use of the Services
- •Credentials stored in your Wallet may still be valid but support will not be provided
- •We may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies
- •Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@sovra.io or through the account settings in the Services.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved as follows:
- •Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution
- •Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration
- •Jurisdiction: Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Cayman Islands
- •Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action
16. General Provisions
The following general provisions apply to these Terms:
- •Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and any additional agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sovra
- •Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect
- •Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver
- •Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign freely
- •Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
- •No Agency: These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, or joint venture
- •Notices: We may provide notices through the Services, email, or postal mail
